WHERE: Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
WEAR: The Editor's Market
It's hard to imagine the city of Singapore without Marina Bay Sands. The hotel, which opened its' doors in April 2010, started as the first integrated resort in the country, but over the past six years has become an iconic part of Singapore's skyline and the ultimate tourist attraction. Marina Bay Sands consists of three unique towers, which house over 2,500 rooms. Wear We Went was fortunate enough to relish in the immaculate Presidential Suite, the second largest suite the hotel offers. The opulent hotel room features three bedrooms, three fully furnished balconies, two living rooms, three bathrooms, a hair salon, massage room, office, karaoke room, and even a gym. When not gushing over the decor and ambience of the presidential suite, we found ourselves reclining by the incomparable infinity pool or sipping cocktails at Cé La Vie, the hotels' rooftop bar with a jaw-dropping view. Did we mention that the hotel is directly connected to over 800,000 square feet of luxury retail and restaurant space? You can find a wide selection of celebrity chef restaurants to choose from after window shopping at your favorite designer stores. Our dream come true was browsing in the world's first Louis Vuitton Island Maison housed in the Crystal Pavilion below the hotel. Marina Bay Sands isn't just a hotel, or SkyPark with a casino, theatre, Art and Science museum, spa, and amazing shopping center, Marina Bay Sands is a landmark. You cannot visit Singapore without experiencing what Marina Bay has to offer. Trust us.
